Program Description
Lift Strong. Run Fast. takes a recovery based approach towards health and fitness. You only improve when you recover, not when you train. This is how we can train hard 52 weeks out of the year because we are constantly recovering.
The reason we produce great results is because of the LSRF program. It’s based on the conjugate method of training while prioritizing RECOVERY as our main focus. If you don’t understand your recovery cycle, you will never optimize your training cycle.
