7th-12th GRADE STUDENTS - let's get you ready for fall athletics at Strength & Speed Camp, hosted by Lift Strong Run Fast!
Join us for Strength & Speed Camp at Lift Strong Run Fast where we'll help you get ready for school sports this fall. For all Junior High-High School athletes in football, basketball, volleyball, soccer and more - you'll be trained by renowned owner of Lift Strong Run Fast, Scott Wells. Over the course of 1 weekend, we'll have two-hour sessions each day that will challenge and expand athletes, and measure where their current strength and speed as they prepare for a busy year of athletics.
Space is extremely limited - REGISTER ASAP! Registration includes 2 two-hour sessions and a camp t-shirt.
